: I am working in a government health institution for 
: more than 5 years. A year ago, I applied for a higher 
: position and fortunately promoted but turned out to be 
: a temporary item position because the HR told me that I 
: still need to comply a requirement: to have at least 
: one year experience in the said position. I was 
: hesitant to accept it because of the "temporary 
: position." But they assured me after one year I will be 
: back to permanency. Now, I have complied with their 
: requirement but still haven't got my permanent item. A 
: memo came stating that all casual/temporary employees 
: will be terminated. Where can I seek help? To whom can 
: I make an appeal regarding my situation? Please help.
