: this may seem silly but it is getting a bit out of hand. i recieve a phone call every two hours from mitsubitshi motors regaurding my car payment. these phone calls begin the day after my payment is due! and continue a day after my payment is made! they call more frequently as the days go by. i'm pretty sure that there is a grace period. i also know for a fact that my payment is not technically late until it reaches the 30 day mark. is it legal for this company to call me from seven o clock in the morning until 10 o clock at night including sunday's. i have just begun recording the phone call time and dates just to test how far they wil go. i have never had a thirty day late on my car payment which leads me to belive that this is harrasment!!! please get back to me and let me know what could be done about this thankyou very much for your time.
