HOSTILE & DISCRIMINATION,HARRESMENT

I have work for a corporation for the last 20yrs 4 yrs ago I went to the Registration department which is when all my night mare began. I witness a employee hit some one which I reported then I got in trouble for it have been harrased over & over again I was off work for about 6 months for this was going to do something then. But they ended up making the other employee leave my area go to other facilty well now this is haunting me to this day because it is the only thing in my personnel folder which is nagtive. I am about 2 yrs away from retirement and now more things have come up I feel very caged in on my job as to what & who I can talk to because I am being talked to for things I am not doing. But there is this little click in this department which tries to run the departtment which if you are not with them they are making my life a very emotional I am of Hispanic orgin I think that this may have a lot to play in this because some one who is white can do this but I can't I am at that point where I want to quit my job but I have alot invested in this job.
