I work with 3 people, two Brazilian’s and one Jew. The Jew is my boss and he speaks Hebrew all the time on the phone. I know I have to understand because he's my boss but the other two employees speak Portuguese all day and I don't understand what they’re saying. I sometimes feel they are speaking about me because it's happened in the past. Is this considered discrimination? If yes, what can I do? Thank you so much for your advice. Gladys Rodriguez
