In front of whole shop my GM after asking why my bonus check was 3 weeks late lit in to me in front of everone. All i did was ask him a couple of questions in a professional way and he jumped all over my about it.I wish he would have at least taken me to the office and explained his point of view ,instead he threatened to not keep fight for our right to our bonus program that i was hired in as part of my job..All in front of the whole shop.It was very unprofessional and very embarrasing in front of my coworkers who all feel the same way ,i just had the nerve to ask,Please advise
