Harrassment on the job

I am in a horrible position on my job because of one person who is the marketing exec., He has called me at home when I had cleared it with the owner and supervisor to take off one day. He called me at home stating he was confused about the schedule, basically asking when i was returing to work which was none of his business at the time. To make a long story short, he wrote me up for telling a lie, which I didn't, he checks my work looking for mistakes I might have made, he approaches me in front of co-workers as if he's my overseeer, i stopped that when I told him if he has anything to say to me, we can talk in his office. I find myself working thru lunch, etc. just to avoid any dealings with him. He never says "you're doing a good job", anytime he talks to me, it's about something he's unhappy with. I was trained by another person, which is different from what he does, but instead of approaching me professionally, he has to confront me as if to show everyone that he has this authority over me. Yesterday he wrote me up again, mind you, I haven't received any copies of these write ups, but anyway, I answered a call, put the customer on hold and right then my cell phone rings, it's my niece saying she needed my help and I forgot about the call on hold. When I finished talking on the cell phone, he placed a sticky note on my monitor saying come see him. I go to his office and he tells me he wrote me up because I lefe a caller on hold and spoke on my cell phone and went downstairs, I told him he was right I did that and I stated I was definetely wrong, then he started trying to over talk me saying that was unacceptable and telling me what I did again. I then told him do whatever he had to do and i signed the write up along with my supervisor signing it also. Today I'm home sick with tonsilitus(sp), I called in asked to speak to Jodi the supervisor, then put on hold and guess who picks up the phone, he does asking me if he could help and i told him i was holding for Jodi, he insisted he would give Jodi the message and asking me how long I was taking off. Well approximately an hour after that, I get a phone call from the company's name on caller ID, I didn't answer it. i am presently looking for another position, but for now I need that job. I feel I have a case of harrassment against him at least. And another thing, i didn't give the company my present phone number so I'm curious as to how the company has my phone number and I know no one else would call me at home but him.
