We have an employee that constantly causes 4 other employees to live in hell. She over exceeds her lunch breaks, 15 minute breaks constantly and continues to do so. She has been reported to the supervisors and she has been written up on more than one occassion. At her work station she makes comments regarding her place of employment(all negative). The clientel is patient based, by checking people in and out and making appointments(This is a medical facility). She contiunes to keep people at her window with personal problems and just(shooting the shi_) excuse the language. She makes the other patients mad and they have to go to other lines, etc. She makes verbal comments like go on the pretty side or if you don;t like how long its taking go to the other side or next window.. She recently was fined and suspended for selling movies(cd's) at work. These movies were copyright violations. Someone would go into the movie or theater and take movies. She would sell them as new releases. Is there anything that can be done
