Falsely Accused Sexual Harrasment

How do these Big SEMICONDUCTOR companies get away with it???

I was falsely accuse of being involved in a conversation. I just do not understand: How they claim to have a witness(es), when I was not a part of this conversation.

How do these companies perform their investigations??? and not have to even interview and or get the accused persons statement.

The supposedly offended female did not even complain. Supposedly supervisors went to her and asked her to complain. She says she did not and that soon she was being called into Human Resources. There is another person who I do not even know who he is, but he was being questioned by Human Resources(I wonder if he is the one who complained or took it to HR). I am still trying to figure this mess out..

THE ACCUSATION HAS ENDED MY 10 YR SEMICONDUCTOR CAREER. IT HAS MADE MY ELECTRONICS EDUCATION SOMEWHAT USELESS. I HAVE BEEN BRANDED AS A SEXUAL HARRASER.

I HAVE INTERVIEWED WITH OTHER COMPANIES AND NO ONE HIRES ME!

It almost cost me a divorce and I am feeling the squeeze from the loss of income and benefits for my wife and children. Can't afford healtha or life insurance what if I get ill and or die??????

THIS DESTROYS LIVES!!!!!!!!!
