: I have been workiing at my factory job for about 31/2 or 4 years. Since almost the first month I have been harassed in more ways than you can think of. I have been told that I wish I was black. That I have a weave because no white girl could have long curly hair like mine. One lady once told a member of management that I had breast and ass implants and that she wanted to pop them to which he laughed about it. I have been grabbed and threatened. Someone once said that they wanted to run me and my friend over with her car and snap our necks. I have been called a slut, Ms. Priss, etc.... So many rumors were started about me some of which said that I was sleeping around with management. That I was seen on dirt roads with them, on top of cars, in the park drinking wine,etc..... Everyday I went in I would hear something else new about me. Management over and over again has told me that that's just how warehouses are. That it's every where you go. I have been harassed by managment telling me how good I looked or how sexy I looked in my clothes even thou I would have on jeans and a shirt. None ever got fired for it and one still works there. Females have quit because of being harrassed. Females have commented on the way I walk saying that I could knock over bowling pins. Alot of these comments were made by the same people. I mean it goes on and on and I am tired of it. If I wear something that shows even a little leg rumors start up as soon as I leave the building. I have been told to keep my mouth shut and not say anything back or else I had the potential of getting fired. A guy had got mad because he liked me and I didn't like him so he went and told management that I had told someone that I wanted to stab him with my box cutter. I almost got fired. They found that was a lie and nothing was done to him. He has started rumors saying that we had sleep together. All because I gave another guy my phone number. It goes on and on so much so they stopped writing it down and seemed as thou they was annoyed by me when I would complain. I am tired of it. I mean I done switched shifts and it still goes on. My name is ruined there. It has caused me to be in a bad mood alot. I have a one year old I can't afford to quit and I shouldn't have to to begin with. I've done been to all the management that I can think of. I've cried over it. What else can I do? Please help.
