My company clearly states in their Employee Handbook that if someone is offered a supervisory position and this will make them the director Supervisor to a family member either the employee will be transfered or the promotion can not be accepted. I have work in environments that had Nepotism issues in the past and I feel extremely uncomfortable. If I chose to leave the job based on thses facts would I be eligible for unemployment or could the company fight my claim
