I am trying to find out what the statue of limitations are for an inschool class accident. My son was injured in school during a P.E. class when there was NO supervision at all. Both coaches were completely out of the building and had instructed 7th and 8th grade students to play basketball. There were NO adults around. We live in Missouri and am getting the run around from the school's insurance company. I really need a good lawyer.
