verbal harrasment

I work for three men in an insurance office
1 guy is not a good sale rep at all and has not
spoke had a conversation with me since 8/14
Over a situation with one of the other men, I did what I was suppose to do. The other contantly monitors everything I do. However the other associate that works in this office
Comes in late takes extra time for lunch doesnt
mark her time sick days and vacation days. And
nothing is ever said to her. I need to know if
this is considered some time of harrasment.
