Can the school say that you can't speak spanish in class? They say this beacuse they don't know what were talking about. Is that legal? I think that is unfair beacuse that is a nationality. Our Civil Right! They have a chance to learn Spanish just like the people from Mexico have a chance to learn English.
Would this be called Racial Discrimination?
What can i do about it?
