: I was recently terminated 6 days after i requested family leave,Due to wife in icu for 14 days and told to get affairs in order
:  6 months later the labor board got my back pay and job back .Now im being forced back to the same group i was in before where all the problems started but told its like i never left

: My problem after all i had to go threw i want some monitary value put on it instead of returning just to fe fired again When i left i had 1 check against me I am told now i have 2 and on 3 your out before i even return  My wife is still ill and will never be the same And im being force to sign a agrement to get my back pay and they wont give it to me till i work 1 week >???  Any help ???
