Do I have a case

I was hired at a nursing home as the food service director, a few months into my employment the nursing director (middle East decent)started harrassing me,He through a toaster at me and had all of his nurses start to complain about the littlest things. In meetings he would always have some thing smart to say at every thing I would say so I stopped saying anything, when I reported this to my boss(27 year old son of the owner) he would say its just his personality, he does that to everyone, but if you dont like it you will lose and lose your job.There was a burglery one night and some one stole the computer from the kitchen office,I asked if they were going to call the police because some of my things were stolen; my bosses reply was one of YOU stole it .Me being black American and half my staff,I let him know I ressented that, needless to say a few weeks later I was fired and never given a termination letter, the attorney general is after him for money he still owes me a month later but do I have a harrasment suit?
