i was wondering the same thing. my wife was molested for 2 years and raped when she was 7, a precious little girl. this man was caught by my wifes two brothers about 12 and 14 at the time. the police were called, the doctors did a rape kit, no charges were pressed. he also cut her on her leg and threatened to kill her if she told. this man is still living in the general public. this hapened in 1989. can charges be pressed and how do i go about it?
