I am a Federal government employee since 1995 who was recently issued a letter of removal. The deciding official stated in writing that part of the basis for her decision that I could not be rehabilitated was due to my "fmla condition". This condition has been ongoing since 2001 and has been documented and approved by the USPS. Is this not a violation of the FMLA Act?
